If you are visiting The School of St Jude during your larger East African itinerary with us, then you may like to put a few things into your suitcases for the students and staff of the school to use. This is by no means compulsory or course.

- Writing utensils: good quality red pens, good quality HB lead pencils, permanent markers (i.e. sharpies or chisel-tipped), small coloured chalk, white board markers
- Thesaurus’ and Dictionaries
- Art supplies: paints such as water-based tempera blocks, water colour block paints & squeezable tubes of acrylic
- Other stationery: award/merit ink stamps and stickers for teachers, post-it notes, sharpeners, erasers, scissors, A4 plastic sleeves
- Colouring supplies: thin to thick textas/markers, oil pastilles, wind/twist up crayons, coloured pencils (ie. Faber Castell)
- Adhesives: blue-tack, clear plastic contact for covering books, paper fasteners, large glue sticks, masking tape rolls
- Musical instruments: plus music CDs from a variety of genres
- Games: Scrabble, UNO, Pictionary, Cranium, cards, Monopoly, memory games, puzzles, dice
- SD USB Card readers (This is a small device that holds the memory card from a camera for downloading pictures)
- ‘Jolly Phonics’ resources to teach literacy/sounds
- Plastic Folders with zip or button to close.
- 2014 diaries –suitable for teachers to use

- Educational resources are always required, especially quality information and pictures about Africa.
- We have plenty of Australian resources in stock and so do not require any more.
- We do not require any toys.
- We cannot use any large-sized/stained clothing as there are several local markets that have aid clothing in them in town.
- If you would like to donate DVDs please make sure they are not Blue Ray DVDs.
